CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read carefully as we have a strict cancellation policy.
No cancellations or changes will be accepted within two days (48hrs) of your appointment. If you cancel within 48hours you are obligated to pay 50% of the full amount of the service/s you were booked for.
If you do a no show and don’t turn up, you are obligated to pay 100% of the full amount of the service/s you were booked for.
If you are running more than 10minutes late to your appointment, we have the right to cancel it.
Please note, if you do not pay the fees, no future bookings will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business.
