At Finesse, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of changes to your appointment or cancellation.

When you book your appointment, we allocate that time just for you. If you do not provide us with enough notice of cancellation or changes, you are preventing other clients from being able to fit into that spot which means they miss out.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee if we cannot fill the gap. This will be added to your next service.
